Returns & Exchanges

At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the guitar in its original hardshell case or gig bag, then secure it inside the original shipping carton with all protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
